Hi, I’m Mariia Chornia, and photography has been my lens to the world since I was 16. It all began with a simple camera, a gift that sparked a quiet passion within me. At first, it was just a hobby, a way to capture the beauty and complexity around me. But as the years went on, I knew this was more than a pastime – it was my calling. At 23, I decided to turn that passion into my profession, diving headfirst into the art of photography.
I trained rigorously, learning the nuances of studio photography and the transformative power of lighting. Each shot taught me more about people, emotions, and the way a moment can be frozen to tell a story. Soon, I found myself flourishing as a portrait photographer, building a name for myself, and establishing a thriving business in Ukraine. It was everything I had dreamed of and worked hard to create.
